to the Credit Union. If you are not a member,
complete this application and bring it with your SS card,
your driver's license or other government issued picture ID and at least two current pay stubs.
Mortgage applications must be filled out at the Credit Union.
If you are purchasing a vehicle, you need to bring the workup sheet from your dealer with you.
